🔍 Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-7 years’ experience in Test Management / Test Lead roles

• Proven ability to design and implement test automation frameworks

• Solid experience in conducting QA maturity assessments and implementing quality improvement strategies

• Experience with test tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter, etc.)

• Strong DevOps knowledge including CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)

• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong understanding of Business Software, IT systems architecture, and testing techniques

• Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills

• Experience in client relationship management, consulting, and training facilitation

• Background in business operations or business development is advantageous

KPA 1: Client Engagement & Solution Delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define QA strategies

• Build trust through technical and functional expertise

• Drive delivery and implementation of key QA projects, including reporting and training
  

KPA 2: Automation & Quality Framework Design

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks aligned to client or internal systems

• Define and implement quality assurance processes after conducting QA maturity assessments

• Develop test strategies, plans, and tools that drive continuous quality improvements
  

KPA 3: Training & Enablement

• Conduct training needs analysis, develop material, and facilitate quality training sessions

• Support internal capability growth across QA and testing disciplines
  

KPA 4: Coaching & Mentorship

• Mentor internal team members, contribute to personal development paths, and assist with performance appraisals

• Provide feedback and technical guidance on QA best practices
  

KPA 5: Business & Process Optimisation

• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new QA technologies and methodologies

• Support the business development and pre-sales process through expertise, proposals, and presentations

• Contribute to QOT's thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and community engagement
